Verdict

Jibble is an attendance and time clock tool first, with project time, billing rates and client invoices built on top. For an agency that bills hours it's a capable second choice, and it fits best when the same team also clocks shifts.

What customers praise

Its integrations page names QuickBooks Online, Xero, Asana, Jira, Gusto, ADP and Zapier among more than 50 tools, and it ships timesheet approvals plus roles that control what each person can see, edit and approve. The free plan covers unlimited users.

What customers criticise

Client billing sits on the top Ultimate plan according to its own help centre article on plans, which is dated May 2023, and none of its pages I read describe project budgets, utilisation or profitability forecasting, which is what this list weighs most. It doesn't publish a USD price on its own site either; pricing varies by region.

Best for

Teams that clock hourly or field staff in and out and also want to bill some of those hours to clients, on a free plan with no user cap.
