Verdict
Scoro prints the clearest full price on this page. Every combination is listed in US dollars per user a month: $17 for time and billing, $29 for projects and resources, $29 for quote to cash, $57 for the end to end suite, with 13 to 17 percent off for annual billing, a five seat minimum and a 14 day trial with no card. The homepage promises a complete overview of your projects and performance in real time and asks which clients, projects, services or teams are profitable and which are eating into your margins. That is the managing partner's question in the vendor's own words. Xero, QuickBooks and Sage Intacct are named. By our arithmetic, ten people on the end to end suite is $6,840 a year on monthly billing, before the annual discount.
What customers praise
It is one of only two products here with a published price for the full suite, not just an entry tier. Onboarding is stated as well: self onboarding is free for teams up to 15, and an assisted package covers up to 25 people. Scoro says it scales from 10 to a 500 person, multi entity organization and claims 1000+ professional services companies, a vendor figure.
What customers criticise
Scoro names margin and profitability but not work in progress, backlog or receivables on the pages read. A ten person firm pays the five seat minimum on two apps at least, because the platform fee includes two core apps by default. The DGA Group figures it quotes, utilization up 20 percent and project profitability up 33 percent, come from a customer quote with no method. Several of the 35+ extras are priced separately.
Best for
A consultancy, agency or architecture practice of 10 to 100 people that wants quotes, time, resourcing and billing in one system with a price it can see before a call.
