Spendesk ranks sixth because its AP add-on does real 3-way matching against the PO and the delivery note, pays suppliers in 70+ currencies from inside the platform, and syncs both ways with NetSuite as a Built for NetSuite partner. It's the strongest pick here for a group with entities across Europe.

Invoices forwarded to one address are read by AI (supplier, amount, due date and line items), matched to the PO and delivery note, and checked for duplicates before approval. The multi-entity hub shows every entity's wallet, pending invoices and approvals in one view.

What customers criticise

Accounts Payable is a paid add-on on top of the Foundations plan, and there's no public price, only a quote built from a fixed fee plus per-transaction charges. Its QuickBooks integration is US only, and the AP page names no check payments, so US firms that still pay by check should look at Bill.com or AvidXchange first.
